Effect of sulphur and iron on growth, yield and quality of chickpea

A field experiment was carried out during Rabi season of 2021-22 at Agronomy Farm, B. A. College Agriculture, and Anand Agricultural University, (Gujarat) to study the effect sulphur iron on growth, yield quality chickpea. The using twelve treatment combinations consisted four levels (0, 10, 20 30 kg/ha) three 5 10 which were tested under randomized block design (factorial). Results revealed that receiving kg S/ha significantly increased plant height, number branches/plant, pods/plant, seed haulm chickpea as well crude protein in seed. Among different iron, maximum found with application Fe/ha.
